I have had this jacket now since the middle of September and have to say it is a great jacket. Others state that it fits tight but then again it is an active jacket. It has great range of motion since the arm pits are a bit higher so that way your not pulling or stretching the chest out to get caught on anything which is great. Others have also stated that it isn't that warm. I have been wearing it since September and just today put on my heavier coat (13 degrees Fahrenheit outside). When standing around the jacket isn't that warm. Your standing there not creating much radiant heat. Get moving and the Omni Heat will keep that radiant heat in. I am 5'7" and 200 lbs with a very stocky build and the XL fits perfect. Overall this is one of the greatest lightweight shells I have ever had.
